Introduction to Administration (BTEC Award Level 1)
This course is aimed at adults who wish to develop practical skills at entry level business administration and confidence in using IT
By the end of the course students will be able to carry out routine entry level administrative tasks and create a series of office based computer generated documents.
The course aims to provide a confidence in navigating and searching the Internet, as well as understanding issues of copyright, plagiarism, and health and safety as a computer user.
